Welcome to Bankroll Board! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bankroll Board mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Market Glide Solutions LLC.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Bankroll Board is a personal finance tool designed to help users track sports betting and casino deposits, withdrawals, and net profit or loss. Bankroll Board is not a sportsbook or a casino. You cannot place bets or wagers through our app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using Bankroll Board, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Bankroll Board offers an optional "Pro" subscription that provides unlimited access to advanced analytics features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and are handled directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our App allows you to connect your financial institutions using Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"). By connecting your bank account, you agree to be bound by Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. Bankroll Board does not store or access your banking login credentials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bankroll Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that your net profit/loss calculations will always be 100% accurate, as we rely on the accuracy of transaction data provided by third-party banks and institutions. Bankroll Board is not a tax or financial advisor, and the data provided should not be considered professional financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Glide Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App's servers or networks.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
